Refund and Return Policy
At theversewear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds
Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts that are not due to our error.
Non-refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
